RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
You should make the return within 15 days from the date of receipt of your order. The items must keep the labels, the security seal, and be in perfect condition. We remind you that for the return the shipping cost of the garment is charged to the customer.
CONDITION FOR RETURN

The garments must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged.

The anti-theft strap present on the items to be returned must not be removed or damaged.

REFUND
The refund will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase method. The refund will be made when the return arrives at our warehouses and the items are checked.
Once done as a confirmation of the return by e-mail. If 14 days pass (to be verified) but a refund is not yet available on your checking account, I need to show this confirmation to your bank, so they can help speed up the process.
HOW TO MAKE A REPLACEMENT
You have 15 days from the receipt of your order to exchange your purchase on lovewaves.it for FREE. You can change the size or color of your items. If you choose an exchange for another purchase, request a return and make a new purchase.
